Cardio Blast/Spin - A high intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout followed by muscle conditioning. An excellent calorie burning session for all fitness levels

Spin - A 40 minute cycling class to music and lights that simulates mountain biking. You control the intensity. All fitness levels welcome. Take the ride of your life!

Boot Camp Spin - Interval Cycling, boxing and weight training

Projection Cycling - We host a wellness program that is linked to indoor cycling called "Take it Up Cylcing." Ride while you are visually stimulated by inspirational quotes, images, power of suggestion and heart pumping music. This class is a Wild Yamz exclusive. MTV Projection Cycling - Ride, sing along to some of your favorite MTV videos and burn calories.

Weight Training - Whether you are lifting a 5lb bar or plating up to half your body weight, this class is a great way to help prevent osteoporosis while redesigning muscle mass. All fitness levels welcome.

Zumba - a dance-based Zumba aerobics program that aims to make exercise fun with upbeat music, a positive environment and fairly simple movements that beginners can pick up on right away. The full-body routine typically leaves participants sweating and satisfied with their workout.

Yoga - This powerful sequence of yoga and programs offered at Wild Yamz not only strengthens, tones, and streamlines the physical body. It also works energetically, systematically releasing stored energy blocks within the body, increasing energy flow and therefore allowing a more balanced, centered and peaceful feeling. The benefits are profound and never changing.

Restorative Yoga - Restorative Yoga is a delicious surrender into quiet, supportive postures on bolsters and blankets. The poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress. The use of props provides a completely supportive environment for total relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Vinyasa Yoga utlizes postures and breathing techniques. This form of Yoga offers a range of health benefits to those who practice it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body, and spirit.
